Meet Your Coach
Hey, I’m Tess. I’m here to help men bridge the gap in their relationships.
As a coach, I’ve seen firsthand how much women crave emotional connection, maturity, and attunement from their partners. On the flip side, I’ve heard from many men who want to show up better but don’t know how. That’s where I come in.
I’m not about lectures or fluffy self-help clichés. My coaching style is real, direct, and focused on practical results. We’ll work on understanding your emotional landscape, fine-tuning your communication skills, and figuring out how you can show up in your relationship—all while helping you stay grounded in your own sense of self.
Here’s the thing: showing up better in your relationship isn’t about becoming someone you’re not. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply, building confidence in your emotional presence, and creating a dynamic that makes both of you feel valued and connected.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me exploring the outdoors, reading, going on dates with my girlfriend, laughing at my own jokes, or diving into conversations about life and relationships. I bring that same energy, curiosity, and levity into my work with clients—because building stronger relationships doesn’t have to feel like a chore.
So, I’m ready when you are.

No, coaching is different from therapy. While therapy often focuses on healing past trauma, coaching is more action-oriented, helping you develop new skills and perspectives to improve your relationships and confidence in the present. That said, we do explore your past as a way to understand how it’s shaping your decisions and patterns today, empowering you to make more intentional choices moving forward.
